LOVE my Tablet!

This is a great tablet and the screen and operating system are very responsive. The speaker on the tablet is surprisingly loud. I wasn't expecting the sound to be so loud during my movie. Do not be taken back by the Chinese language of some of the programs. As soon as I turned on my tablet it was in English and the only program that I could not understand was a device Manager that was also available pre-installed on the tablet in English.
The tablet is about the size of the Kindle Fire and around the same weight, which is nice for small to medium hands like mine. Within a short period of time I was able to download games, music, apps, and movies from my computer and market. I would advise that you download Amazon apps because they offer the free app per day and have lots of variety. The tablet comes with Spiderman and one other game pre-installed. The only real complaint that I have is that like all new things the software has compatibility issues with some apps. Because most apps are still designed for android 2.1-2.3 honeycomb, you will have some apps that will not be compatible with the device yet. Although, there are several updates by some apps and Ainol that will come out soon to correct this problem. I was able to download all the usual apps like angry birds, espn, skype, weather,ect.Overall it's a great tablet for the money and quality. I am enjoying learning all the things my tablet can do!
Word to the wise, please to do not buy this tablet thinking that it will be like an Ipad. It is not the Ipad and does not run like Apple software and Ipads do. It is like every other android operating system device and should only be compared to other android tablets. Which in my opinion are much more user friendly!
UPDATE!!! If you want to install arm apps on your ainol tablet please go to the following link and download magiccode. then copy it to your tablet and install like any other apk. Turn it on and then install any apps like skype,netflix,ect to your tablet. They worked perfect on mine!!!

A good inexpensive tablet

I was looking around for tablets under 180 (I see its currently taken a price spike) that could perform my basic computing needs. After tons of searching, this one caught my attention because of the 4.0 ICS OS. At the time of my purchase, there were no reviews here (and hardly any on Google) so I took a risk and bought it.
As I said, it performs all of my basic computing needs with ease - more specifically searching the web, checking emails, watching YouTube vids, and reading on Kindle.
Pros:
~Its very fast. Loads web pages and videos at high speeds
~Very light with a sleek design
~8GBs (its all I need)
~Beautiful screen display (when viewing videos)
~Large screen
~Comes with two HD games
~Comes with a pair of ear buds
Cons:
~Manual/instructions are in Chinese (the Tablet's language is set to English (UK) strangely enough)

~There are quite a few apps that do not work with this, most notably Netflix for me
~I don't use Facebook (much) but since I see people asking this, I tried out the pre-installed widget - doesn't work. The Facebook app is not compatible, but you can go on Facebook through the browser.
~YouTube is working fine now
~Tried uploading my own photos for backgrounds, resolution is absolutely terrible. Ditto with viewing photos while browsing
~The screen is a little whack. I'm not sure how to explain it, sometimes it's over sensitive, clicking things when my fingers aren't even on the screen, and at other times it can be unresponsive for a second or two
I'm being generous with the 4 star rating now, but IMO it's still a decent tablet (at best). Just don't expect much from it.

An okay tablet

You have read other favorite reviews, here is mine:
You don't have to use all the preloaded Chinese apps, just delete them, the real Google Market is on the second page next to HOME, I have seen people gave 1 star review because he did not know how to get to the Market.
Don't expect too high from this model, this is BASIC model, they do have higher end models, but it is not available in Amazon.
1. Screen resolution - 800x 480 looks bad
2. No Camera
3. No Bluetooth
4. No HDMI out
5. No GPS
5. 16 Gb Micro SD only
If you purchase it in China, it is RMB 499, about $80, I paid mine for $135.
Mine is okay, the ICS os drove me to purchase it.
